Every item at Keepwren is made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to produce your order before it ships. During high-volume periods (like the run-up to Halloween and Christmas), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll flag this on the site if it does.

During high-volume periods like Halloween and Christmas, order cutoff dates for guaranteed delivery will be posted on the site as each holiday approaches. Ordering early is always the safest way to make sure your gift arrives in time.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected at delivery. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we begin production quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once an order is in progress. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment; a fee to cover the cost of return and re-delivery will apply.
