The details you want before you order
How do I personalize my gift wrap?
Choose your design, then upload a photo and enter the name you'd like added. We'll print both across the paper for you.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with the face facing forward works best. Avoid heavily filtered, blurry, or very low-resolution images — the clearer the original, the better the print will look.
Why do the photos show a different name or face?
The photos on this page are examples to show what's possible, not what you'll receive. Your wrapping paper is made to order with the name and photo you provide at checkout.
Will it arrive in time for a birthday or holiday?
This is a made-to-order item — please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Ordering ahead of your date is the safest bet, especially around the holidays; message us before ordering if you need it by a specific day.
How much paper do I get?
Each order is made to your selection — choose the quantity or size option that fits what you're wrapping at checkout. Not sure how much you need? Reach out before ordering and we're happy to help you figure out the right amount.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement — no cost to you. Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, it isn't eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse.
