Description
A little glass flower that says thank you in a way words alone can't. Each stem is hand-blown from glass and set in a personalized ceramic pot, making it a forever keepsake no water, no wilting, no upkeep.
Size & materials
Each Glass Tulip is hand-blown from glass and set into a ceramic pot, finished with a custom name of your choice. Available in Small and Large sizes, so you can pick the scale that fits your space or gifting occasion. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color and shape are part of its charm — no two are exactly alike.
Shipping & production
Every Glass Tulip is made to order, so please allow a short production time before your item ships (this varies by current order volume). Once ready, we carefully pack each piece to protect the delicate glass stem during transit. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Because each Glass Tulip is personalized and made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please reach out within [X] days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Once you send the link, I'll swap in real numbers (exact production days, return window, size dimensions, materials list) so this reads as accurate, evergreen copy across all Glass Tulip design variants.

The details you want before you order
How do I personalize my glass tulip?
Choose a tulip color, then enter the name or short message you'd like on it. Double-check spelling before you order — each piece is made fresh, just for you.
Can I use a photo instead of a name?
Yes — if this design offers photo personalization, you'll see an upload option at checkout. Choose a clear, well-lit photo for the best result.
Why do the photos show different names or messages?
The photos on this page are examples to show what's possible, not what you'll receive. Your tulip is made to order with the name, message, or photo you provide.
Will it arrive in time for a birthday or special date?
This is a made-to-order item — please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Ordering ahead of your date is the safest bet; message us before ordering if you need it by a specific day.
How do I care for the glass tulip?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking its best. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh cleaners, which can dull the finish over time.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement — no cost to you. Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, it isn't eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse.
