The details you want before you order
How do I personalize my candle?
Choose your scent and design, then enter the name and any message you'd like added. Double-check spelling before you order — each candle is made fresh, just for you.
Why do the photos show different names or designs?
The photos on this page are examples to show what's possible, not what you'll receive. Your candle is made to order with the name and design you choose at checkout.
Can I use different names if I'm ordering more than one?
Yes — if you're ordering multiple candles, just let us know each name in your order notes or personalization field for that item, and we'll match names to candles exactly as you specify.
Will it arrive in time for a birthday or special date?
This is a made-to-order item — please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Ordering ahead of your date is the safest bet; message us before ordering if you need it by a specific day.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn, and don't leave it burning unattended for more than a few hours at a time. Keep it away from drafts, and stop burning once about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement — no cost to you. Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, it isn't eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse.
