Backpack: available in Small ($49.99) and Medium ($59.99, $10 more than Small). Small fits toddlers through preschool age; Medium fits elementary through middle school.
The meal bag is one size and fits either backpack — choose your backpack size based on your child and what they need to carry, then personalize the lunch bag separately.

Returns

How do I personalize the backpack and lunch bag?
Each item is personalized separately. On the backpack, choose the size and bag color, enter your child's name, and select the yarn color and any extras. On the lunch bag, enter their name and choose the color and design details. Please double-check spelling and capitalization on both before adding them to your cart.
Do I need to pick a size for the lunch bag too?
No — the backpack comes in Small and Medium, but the lunch bag is one size and fits either backpack. Choose your backpack size based on your child and what they need to carry, then personalize the lunch bag separately.
Why do the photos show a different name?
The photos show examples of the finished lettering on both the backpack and lunch bag. Your name is saved with your order even if the sample lettering stays the same on screen. Check the personalization details for each item in your cart before checkout.
Can the backpack and lunch bag have different names?
Yes. Since they're personalized as two separate items, you can give the backpack and lunch bag different names, colors, and designs — or match them, if you'd rather. Just personalize each one the way you'd like when you add it to your cart.
Will the backpack and lunch bag arrive together?
Since both are made to order, they typically ship together once both are ready — usually 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for standard US shipping. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us before ordering so we can plan production and shipping around it.
How do I wash the backpack and lunch bag?
Follow the care label supplied with each item. Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash as needed for the backpack. Wipe the lunch bag clean or hand wash as needed. Do not bleach or iron either item.
What if either item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days with photos if your backpack or lunch bag arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
