Which size is right for daycare or preschool?
Shopping for a preschool backpack? Small and Medium are available. Choose based on your child and what they need to carry. Check your daycare or preschool’s packing list, then contact us for measurements if a particular lunchbox, bottle, or full-size folder must fit.
Why do the photos show a different name?
The photos show examples of the finished lettering. Your name is saved with your order even if the sample lettering stays the same on screen. Check the personalization details in your cart before checkout.
Can I use different names in the backpack bundle?
The current Buy 2, get 1 free bundle uses the same name and design on all three backpacks. Choose one backpack if that better suits your order, and review your selections and final total in the cart.
Will it arrive in time for a birthday or the first day?
Allow 2–5 business days for us to make your backpack, followed by 3–7 business days for standard US shipping. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us before ordering so you can plan with both production and shipping in mind.
How do I wash the backpack?
Follow the care label supplied with your bag. Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash as needed. Do not bleach or iron.
What if my backpack arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days with photos if your backpack arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
