The details you want before you order
How do I personalize my frame?
Choose your design, then add the name or photo you'd like included. Double-check the details before you order — each frame is made fresh, just for you.
Can I use a photo of a pet instead of a person?
Yes — this frame works the same way whether it's a photo of a person or a pet. Just upload the photo and add the name you'd like included.
Why do the photos show a different name or image?
The photos on this page are examples to show what's possible, not what you'll receive. Your frame is made to order with what you choose at checkout.
Can I order more than one with different personalization?
Yes — if you're ordering more than one, just let us know each detail in your order notes or personalization field, and we'll match everything exactly as you specify.
Will it arrive in time for a specific date?
This is a made-to-order item — please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Ordering ahead of your date is the safest bet; message us before ordering if you need it by a specific day.
How do I care for my frame?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which can affect the acrylic finish over time.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement — no cost to you. Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, it isn't eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse.
